Nablus, July 2025 – As part of its ongoing mission to integrate immersive technologies into education and cultural awareness, InterTech collaborated with the Engineers Association – Nablus Branch to offer an interactive Virtual Reality (VR) experience centered around Jerusalem and its historical landmarks.
The activity was held within the framework of the 6th Engineering Pioneers Club and the 3rd Tech Club, bringing together students from local summer clubs to explore the rich heritage of Al-Quds through cutting-edge VR technology. Participants took virtual tours of Al-Aqsa Mosque, the Dome of the Rock, the Islamic Museum, and various prayer halls — providing a powerful visual and emotional journey through one of the most significant cultural sites in Palestine.
The event featured a mix of interactive experiences, including video presentations, creative art workshops where students illustrated Jerusalem’s landmarks, wall writing segments, and cultural quizzes — all designed to strengthen national identity and deepen students’ connection with their heritage.
This initiative reflects a broader commitment by the Engineers Association to employ interactive learning tools and modern technology to instill cultural and national values among youth. InterTech’s VR contribution served as a tangible example of how technology and engineering can intersect to preserve and promote Palestinian heritage in innovative ways.
InterTech expressed its pride in supporting such impactful educational initiatives and reiterated its dedication to expanding the use of immersive technology across schools, cultural institutions, and public outreach programs in the coming years.
